Rights:   All visuals generated by Fox Lake Photography for the agent may be applied to any and all marketing materials and campaigns regarding property. The images produced are royalty-free after purchase, granting the agent the freedom to use their chosen images as frequently as they desire for builders, designers, architects, rental companies, and other real estate organizations. The buyer does not possess the right to resell the images. We are 100% committed to providing the best possible service to our clients. We permit a lot of flexibility in the use of our images. 

 

Payment and Fees:  All sessions are booked on our website or by calling us directly. However we encourage you to use the website for scheduling shoots. It is very easy and fast.  Payments are due at time of photo downloads. You will need to pay through our website at foxlakephotography.com. If you use our service and decide not to download our photos you pay nothing, that is our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

 

Refunds:  We want all of our work to meet our customers? satisfaction. However, if for a valid reason you are not happy with the images we will reschedule and take pictures again if desired.

 

Please read our preparation tips in order to avoid any misunderstandings.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling:   I have no cancellation or rescheduling fees if notified ahead of time. We understand that things happen and we would be happy to reschedule with you for any reason.  If it is raining at the time of the shoot, we will continue with the interior shots and wait or return for the exterior shots at another time. You will however be charged $10 plus milage fee if we arrive at the property to find the shoot is canceled for any reason. This is to cover our travel expenses for that day.

 

Privacy Policy:   Any information we collect is treated confidentially.  We do not share or sell your information to third party companies. Your name, phone number and email is only used internally.
